1Who we are
Synthesyx LLC (“Synthesyx”, “we”, “us”) provides analytical testing services for research-use peptide samples, including identity, purity, content, and related characterization, delivered through the synthesyx.com platform (the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service.
2Research use only
All testing services, results, and Certificates of Analysis are provided strictly for research, development, and quality-characterization purposes. Samples submitted to Synthesyx must be research-use-only materials. Nothing provided by Synthesyx is intended to establish that any material is suitable for human or veterinary use, consumption, or clinical application, and results must not be represented as such. You are solely responsible for the legality, composition, and safe handling of any material you ship to us.
3Accounts
Access to the customer portal requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or present a security risk.
4Orders, samples, and turnaround
Orders are placed through the portal or by arrangement with our team. Quoted turnaround times are estimates measured from receipt of samples at the laboratory and are not guarantees. Samples are consumed by testing unless otherwise agreed in writing; residual material may be retained or destroyed per laboratory policy. We may decline or return samples that arrive damaged, unlabeled, mismatched with their manifest, or that we reasonably believe we cannot lawfully or safely test.
5Fees and payment
Fees are stated per order or per published price list. Invoices are due within the term stated on the invoice. Online payments are processed by Intuit QuickBooks Payments; Synthesyx does not store your card or bank details. Overdue balances may result in suspended services or withheld results. All fees are non-refundable once testing has begun, except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the ordered service.
6Results and Certificates of Analysis
Results and Certificates of Analysis reflect the tested sample only, using the methods stated, at the time of testing. They are not a warranty of any larger lot, batch, or future production. Certificates include a verification mechanism; altering a certificate or representing results for material other than the tested sample is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
7Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other customers’ data, probing or disrupting our systems, submitting unlawful material, or using results in false or misleading marketing. We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities concerning misuse.
8Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, our methods, templates, and platform. You retain rights in your submitted materials and may use your results and certificates for your lawful business purposes, subject to Section 6.
9Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE AND ALL RESULTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTHESYX’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID FOR THAT ORDER, AND SYNTHESYX IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
10Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time; obligations for fees incurred survive. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Sections 2, 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction.
12Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. Questions:
